My question is how do you do it without going through recruiters and paying an arm and a leg to place an ad on a website? I'm just a leaving teacher looking for someone to take over since I got two better jobs now that are in my field. I told the school I couldn't teach the three hours of kids classes anymore. Now I've got the university jobs I need. I don't have a contract, but feel honor bound to give them a month's notice. Still I'd like to quit sooner. I'm exhausted running back from one of two other cities just to teach one or two kids classes. Am I obligated to really stay a month? How would I find a new teacher, because I get the feeling they don't want to look again?
FYI, I am a career teacher with 14 years teaching teenagers and adults. I'm not qualified to teach kids classes, but took it at a time when I was just a housewife still looking for what I was trained/qualified to do. So I don't want to leave them stranded, even though I don't think I'm doing a good job being so tired and all.

Tell them to find a recruiter, don't put yourself out. You can also post the job for free at forumosa.com, though no one really goes there for jobs. You could also give them the contact info for daveseslcafe or tealit. It's their business not yours. Life is hard enough without taking on other people's problems(especially little ones like this).
