I did a search of past threads on this, but most seem a year or so old.

From what I gathered:
it is hard to advise what to expect in an interiew, or that being granted an interview is no indication of how far you have been short-listed. It also sounds like interviews are content based as well as behavioural?
Is this still the general consensus? Expect 45 mins? 1 hour?

One note: this is for a business faculty position. I realize most people on here are EFL focused, but if anyone has heard how these interviews go it would be appreciated.

Some interviews last only 45 minutes, others have been known to go on for over an hour. You will be filmed. Key points to play up are loving educational technology and being willing to go anywhere and (especially) being adaptable to sudden changes.
