I just posted a resume on this website and its not appearing on the 'Job Wanted' web page...Does it usually take a day or so to appear or did I do something incorrectly?
Can anyone shed some light? |

| I'd like to advise you that you'll only get replies from recruiters. A long time ago I posted an add here. I was very clear "no recruiters". All I got were automatic responses from recruiters. Some of them still spam me to this day. I have tried to block them but they are like monsters. |

Let me see if I'm allowed to say this. 
Schools have to pay to look at the full resumes, for free, all you can see is the headers. Back when it was free to look at them, like five or more years ago, I used to look there when ever we were hiring. But nothing ever came of the applicants I wrote to from there, so I don't see how it's worth it to pay for the service. |
