Anyone here work in a NOVA Multimedia Centre? What's it like? Do you get a better choice of the kind of hours you can work? Is it a good fit for a more introverted type of person?

An introverted type of person should probably stay out of eikaiwa and get into teaching material design or some other backroom aspect of the industry. Eikaiwa is a singing dancing monkey business, especially kids classes.
