				| Anyone here work in a NOVA Multimedia Centre? What's it like? Do you get a better choice of the kind of hours you can work? Is it a good fit for a more introverted type of person? |

				| An introverted type of person should probably stay out of eikaiwa and get into teaching material design or some other backroom aspect of the industry. Eikaiwa is a singing dancing monkey business, especially kids classes. |

Regardless of what the Nova apologists say, the "Multimedia Center" is by design a factory. |
