"beefer"wow...voltaire..let me say that it is my honor to reply to the post of what might be the angriest man alive......from this thread and the others you posted on, you very well might hate every school that has ever existed ..this is awesome...so much hatred..................i'll go out on a limb and say that these schools have the same passion and vigor in their feelings for you. i would love to know where you are working now.

That is a flimsy limb indeed that you're going out on. Every school in Jakarta and its environs (Indonesia) is worth hating. I heartily warn all ESL teachers to stay away from Indonesia. Perhaps a total boycott will improve the environment. If you think 'these schools have the same passion and vigor in their feelings for me', you'd be half right - they have contempt for all ESL teachers. I don't think you ought to be taking their side even for the sake of argument until you really know the situation - and you could learn a great deal just by doing a site search on EF, for instance, and you'll see where I'm coming from. As for where I'm working: I'm not. I've decided to live off my trust fund. Gives me all the time I need to bitch and moan.

Can I join you and your trust fund??? Your are right the schools know they need us to make a buck, if they didn't need us we would be out so fast you wouldnt see the door go by, the good thing for the school is we work for so little and they can charge so much, hum must be why so many new schools are sprouting up like weeds.

The funny thing is all the teachers?? Who think they are making out so good I n the deal, the school owner has a BMW and a house that has room for a zoo, the teacher, on the other hand has a room in a kost or house with 5 other teachers and rids a bus to work and if lucky will get 800 bucks towards his 1,700 flight home. Middle manger pay they say???

Hey, who are you to say what's getting old or not? You, my friend have ideas above your station. What's your problem with papillon anyhow?

1. hey, you know who i am... I AM BEEFER... and what allows you to come on here and try to to tell me what i can and can't express on this forum? its not my fault that you came to jakarta and took the easiest job imaginable and then found out that YOU COULDN'T DO IT.....ooooh, the city is too dirty....oooh the guys just want to get laid all the time.....ooooh theres no culture here...ooooh girlie bars..........ooooh male chauvinists live here too ....GET OVER IT.... you are a failure...your marraige was a failure, your first job at ef ( the easiest in indo) was a failure, and you will fail at your "international school" job as well...think about it, your life, for the next few months( many months actually...until your job starts) will consist of taking what will eventually be the same boring walk down the same boring beach and trying to kill the "days in paradise" by questioning my opinion on this forum.......sad
2. i have ideas above my station?!?!?!?!/....... what the f**k is that supposed to get at?..... do i not meet certain requirements to post my opinion here???.......you are insane...you are a sad, insane failure.
3. whats my problem with papillon????? .......my problem with paps is that i know who he is and he came on here spewing lies about schools and the people who hated him there........nothing of what he wrote was true.... when i let him know that i knew who he was ( and proved it) he disappeared ( how strange)...but did i really owe you that explaination??

please don't question my right to express myself here as i don't yours.
you depress me now...usually i laugh at your stupidity...but even this is too much

oh yes, i will excuse you as this is usually the time when you say you have to go eat some seafood, or something stupid like that

good luck guard dogging

...i still don't know what that means

only two things come from your post "paps"...if it is you......

1. you've confirmed my belief that are a gutless pansy who chose to hide behind another name......not surprising.

2. gado2, nice try..if you were indeed paps, you would have done alot more "granny bashing" of ef in your posts.......

oh well, good to see that "paps" is comparing him/her self to the devil now (a step up from your present form)

....atleast you could have posted somthing real, other than some worn out movie quote...please try harder next time.

Right on Gado! That Beefer really needs to be told off. While he (she?) accuses you of hiding behind a pseudonym, I checked Beef's profile and it was pure gristle. no sign of Beef's real name there.

And Beefer! Notice that Happy Me agrees with me too. I'm beginning to suspect you are one of those forum 'participants' who have no information on the topic (teaching ESL and where) to contribute, but merely thrives on negative attention, and so riles people up to get a rise out of them. Should you persist, I for one will press my 'ignore user' button and be done with you, and suggest others do the same.

As for this:

Could it be that I detect a sour note of pure envy?
Good night and good luck.

Indeed it is I. Enough's enough Beefer, you are behaving like a total idiot on this forum. I KNOW who you are and should we ever cross paths, well, I don't fancy your chance much. You are possibly the most negative poster on this forum and have nothing to say beyond your constant slagging of others. Pop over to Bali and I'll pop your head for you. In the meantime I'm joining Volly on his veto of yer posts. Dickweed

Here here to a well stated fact. But what do you expect from a man? who hires 10 year old maids, next he will be pimping them out to cover cost on his internet bill so he can post more negativity. Really whats with all the negativity guy, have a joint or some TM at least.

O wait you have a 10 year old in your house maybe a joint is not such a good idea for you

seriously, i came into work today and expected the kind of replies that i see here, and as i scrolled down and viewed the posts, i must say that i had to agree with pretty much all that was said. voltaire, i think i might be a bit jealous of your trust fund and my negativity has reached a level that i find annoying myself.... and i say sorry to the posters here that have read my often rude posts and i will try to be more constructive with what i post here. none of what was just written was in any way sarcastic.

BUT, as i continued to scroll i found the above quoted post and had to remind myself why my posts come out in a negative way. paps, look at your post and ask yourself why i slag people like you. you can't call me the most negative poster on this forum. or atleast, you can't call me that as long as you are posting on here. and finally, don't threaten me physically. i know you are not a "tough guy"......i am a fair bit larger than Dha-Dha so i don't think you will be able to "pop my head" the way you used to "pop" her around after you had a few drinks. save the act.

enough of that...... i will make every effort to be more positive...seriously

wow, putting movie quotes at the end of your posts is cool

...i said only that i would try...doubt i'll be able to do it though
....i would recommend that you follow through with your suggestion of pushing your "ignore" button...i think paps already did

and happy me... a few days ago you thought up a "work for school" contract for my 10 year old maid...but now you choose only to slag me for employing her...make up your mind...that topic was over and done with weeks ago..now, put down the bottle and slowly step away from the keyboard

.looks like i'm off the wagon

Never yous mind my bottle of Tomi Stanley, we are good friends now he even accompanies me on my drive around town, and the price of a whopping 14,000 a liter suits me as well.

In yall shouldts nows by know, the only way I can be touchy feely with the key board after work is with my bottle in hand (which accounts for my typing errors). Laughing Surprised

Now on to other things, this may seem weird, but as we all know I am weird so; not to say that anyone has don't this but what is the low high and average price one might pay for a girl here it runs from a low of 200,000 for locals to 400,000 but for bule its 500,000 to 2 juta, this is a project for a study I am doing.

It looks at why a westerner would pay more then he would pay at home for there service, and how that affects the local people.

We're straying off the topic of EF Bogor and Mr Gusti, aren't we?!

There again... we know it costs him around 6Juta per month to screw a bule!
