See, that comment is just plain misleading. The votes were recounted where they should have been, where there was ANY question about the process. Pre-election treachery indeed.
Sorry, didn't mean to misinform you! Just keep on watching television and pay attention the those paid ads. |

Mayors can run for reelection in Baja?
I thought the no reelection stance was nation wide? |

Alfonso Barajas, allegedly the head of the Zetas, has been captured in Michoacan. The Zetas are the guns-for-hire guys that found haven in Guerrero under the then-new PRD government there and the ones who have been leaving Acapulco police officers' heads around town or in Michoacan dance clubs.
When the Fox government removed the Arellanos from the north, other cartels started a bloody turf war. I wonder if taking out the top Zeta will cause something similar in the southwest. |

This guy operates a sort of fiefdom in Tijuana with a hand in everything.
Owns three casinos as well as a few clubs and a still lucrative drug trafficing business. Also two big hotels.Have stayed in one and by far is the safest place in Tijuana. I do not imagine even if it was the law he would follow it and Baja's current governor is afraid of him. |
