Merry Christmas and a happy, healthy and prosperous New Year to you Hoser and to every one who hangs around here. It brightened my Christmas to read the posts in this thread this evening, especially Ali's and Canuck's(thanks you guys!). And many blessings to you and your family Gordon.
Enjoy all,

Gordon, congrats and GOOD LUCK with the baby!
I totally forgot about wishing everyone a Happy Hanukkah/Kwanza/Festivus.
Hoser-our tree looked like yours. We couldn't fit the American-sized one through our door

A very Merry Christmas, Happy Chanukah and all the best wishes for the New Year from the Dunlop family to all of you. May we all have a happy and very prosperous 2007 / Heisei 19.
P.S. We are on "holidays" in Canada until Jan. 9th, so please hang onto any PMs or questions aimed in my direction until then. I won't be logging on or checking PMs until then. |

I had a fantastic Thanksgiving/Xmas dinner, very multicultural; Chinese, Korean, American, Canadian, British and Filipino.
I've been in Japan a while and the ironies are still, and always will be, amusing to me. That nights special moment was the host declaring she was a racist and then gathering the group to sing merry Xmas carols together immediately afterwards.
Ding dong merrily on high I say unto you! |

| Can you believe that there are still some places with Christmas lights hanging. Near where I work, there are still Christmas trees, fake Christmas presents and lights. Has anyone else seen signs of Christmas as the Cherry blossoms bloom? |
