Does anybody know if there's something like an ombudsman or some other office in DF to which one can make complaints about crap service from a private company? |

Sounds like some company was late in providing a service? I've never seen anyone go through a Profeco complaint process...please do let us know how it goes.
And if it's against Telmex, you have my full support. Anything to kick the mittens out of Slippery Slim is good in my book. |

The PROFECO website looks very impressive, and I had actually filled in the online complaint form and was just a few mouse clicks away from submitting it when the company called. The "situation" has now been resolved satisfactorily, so I'll just bookmark the site in case I ever need them in the future. Thanks again for the info.
By the way, I guess it's because I live in a small town, but so far I haven't had any reason to complain about Telmex. |
