I have heard that some TEFL schools enable to you be a member for life of some kind of network on which you can fall back on if you cannot find a job by yourself ( I think tefl International does that) ie you can always contact them to give you a hand when you job hunt. Do any of you seasoned TEFL-ers see that as a big advantage or know how it works? Do the other schools have it?

| All a school can really do is provide you with a list and contacts for job openings. You've still got to do the legwork and interviews on your own. The lists and contacts can be quite useful, though. |
