Guanajuato is a state smack in the middle of Mexico in the central valley. Best known for ranches, leather, and American artists, the state offers quite a few choices on teaching jobs. The capital is Guanajuato and for travel, you'll be within range of several other states such as Jalisco, San Luis Potosi, Aguascalientes, Queretaro, and DF.
