i posted an ad on that site (activity partners) looking for a photo model (portraits and so on). i specifically posted that this was simply meet up, take photos, and eat lunch and then be on our separate ways. i also specified that i would give any photos to my model that they requested.
what is going on? anyone know? i emailed tealit however, noone has replied to me as of yet.

of all the boards that consider aspects of teaching english in taiwan, tealit is by far the nuttiest of the bunch.

this place (dave's) and forumosa.com try to maintain some modicum of civility. the moderator at tealit just doesn't care. they are getting revenue from ads. they'll do whatever it takes to keep their ad revenues coming in. they'll delete ads without notice. even worse, they'll alter the content of posts and leave such "fine tuning" unremarked.

what happened to your ad? someone probably lodged a complaint. your ad got wiped away. end of problem, right?

tealit has lots of jobs. take that place(and its brother, tealic.com) with a huge block of salt. it is kinda peculiar, it is obvious a great deal of time and effort has been spent over there but they are just so shoddy on the human end. it is a pity and a shame. it could be so much more than a skany hook-up dive and a repositiory of help wanted ads of schools that already have vacancies filled.

I assume the photo model you needed was to be female. Tealit probably assumes that your just another amateur photographer that wants to get into some cute girls' pants if he can. Maybe you don't know how common that is on almost any classified site. Besides, tealit is about teaching English mainly.
