Are you an English Teacher in Seville? Would you like to meet and connect with other teachers in the area?
The first English Teachers' Lounge will be tonight, Friday, Jan. 12th, at 10pm. Meet us at Flaugherty's Irish Pub (next to the Cathedral/Giralda) in the back bar area by the flat-screen TV. Everyone is welcome. Bring your friends to have a drink and meet other English teachers in the area.
Email me with any questions. Thanks and hope to see you all there!

Hi there,
I live out in the sticks in a small country town around 3 hours from you. I read your invite with a little green eyed jealousy! How many people turned up? Was it a good night?

Hope you guys had a great time at the pub!
How's Seville like for work? Is the pay much lower than say Madrid or BCN? Thought of Seville but I've never been there so any advice would be helpful.
Im TEFL certified, I've taught before in South America (Arg) but Spain has always fascinated me. How'd you get your interviews/jobs in Seville? Through the ads, your TEFL school (if you did study at one that is!), friends, knocking on doors??? I wouldnt want to knock on doors and some say the job situation in Seville is so different form Madrid or even BCN. Any thoughts ? Thanks in adavnce. |
