Just wondering how many of have meet our match while living here.
AS for me, I-m still in Peru because of my husband.
Since girlfriend, boyfriend, wife and husband can all be called pareja, I-ll just use that. |

She-s now in Oman, so she-s left the land of love and romance. |

Mine is a half Cuban /half Mexican Vera Cruzana. Makes for a very sweet woman but also jealous (very) and hot tempered. Would'nt trade her for anything. |

Not Spanish- Spenglish. Because there's a lot of local produce I don't know the English names for. And because Spanish is the language I speak at work, I don't bother translating when I tell her about what happened at work.
And, regrettably, a second language you use all the time does wind up affecting your first.
By the way, press "Control Shift" to change your keyboard configuration back, if you want the apostrophe to be back where you expect it. (Pardon me if you prefer it the way it is- it's something that happens to me all the time by mistake.)
Best,

Can-t be bothered I-m only visiting my parents for three more days then going home to Peru where the apostrophe will be in the right place
And if I touch anything on my brother-s computer, he-ll kill me. He already blames me for anything bad that happens to it. AS if I know how to mess up a computer. |

Latin pareja?
Yes, I have one
Most of the gringos/as I work with do.
It's more gringos with latinas than the other way around (gringas with latinos), however. I wonder why... |

Weird, It-s more gringas con latinos, maybe because of the latin lover stereotype. In China I didn-t knw any chinos with gringas, only chinas with gringos |
