Hi one and all.....Need some help....
Will be stopping over in Singapore with wife and 18 month old son on my way back to Istanbul from Melb.
Should be there around the 13-16 of March for about 4 days..
Is this a good time to vist?
Is the shopping as good as they say?
Can anyone name a good say four star hotel. I hear that the Hotels around Orch(?) road are ment to be good.
If anyone can help please post or send a PM.

If you are willing to spend US$100 or often much more, there are indeed many 4-star hotels in the Orchard Road area. Of course, it depends on how you define 4-star.

Yes I am. Will spend up to about U.S $150 per night for a good hotel in a good location.
Thanks for the link...I have used it...I really looking for personal views from thoses out there.

"Personally" I like the Bayview Hotel (behind the Singapore Art Museum) for its location and for its moderate rates and broadband Internet. I also like the Parkroyal on Coleman (a bit pricier but even more central).
You can see that I don't particularly care for the Orchard Road area. I like being down near City Hall and the Esplanade. |
