I don't know about messenger, but Yahoo Mail has been coming and going. I maintain my own personal proxy server in the states. When Yahoo is down without the proxy server, it is 100% accessible via the proxy server.
Makes you wonder what the powers that be at CAT are trying to do? |

| yeah i hadnt been able to get in touch with a friend for 3 weeks who lives there. she is back online now though as of saturday so all is cool now. thanks for the updates though guys, always appreciated |
