How did you guys manage this? Taxi? Car rental? Extra pair of hands (friends)?

I'm moving from one part of Osaka to another. No big furniture.

Before it was mountainbike and luggagecarrier for short moves.
Then, truck rental and a friend.
What a hassle. Moved three times in two years before we bought our place. Never again. Enshalla.

Rented a small van myself for one move within the city.

My school paid for the second move (much farther and with much more stuff).

Yamato Transport is a pretty easy and cheap way to send your stuff...next day delivery for local moves and you don't have to worry about carrying anything yourself!

I've used trains, taxi's, and my bicycle. Taxi was best, I found.
