I am thinking of making a short side trip to the capital and am curious as to where the most concentrated display of art and artists studios would be. I would not necessarily be thinking of conventional galleries but artist run cooperative galleries, cutting edge galleries etc.
Is Colonia Roma the place? Any other suggestions? |

Roma and Condesa are probably your best bets, though the Zocalo might be the spot too. If you let me run the question by my brother-in-law, I can get you gallery names. |

Please do, Guy. I am a bit surprised but I am getting quite a strong response from galleries toward my work here in Mexico.
I am also very fascinated with what I am seeing here much more than what I have seen stateside. |

Just a tangent, but if you poke around on the net for American contacts in San Miguel de Allende, you might get some DF tips. |
