| I did not get a phone call until after I had an EMB teleconference interview but when the schools started ringing I found myself listening more to the answers to my questions. My EMB interview focussed on ability to adapt to different cultural norms, teaching experience and philosophies. Good luck! |

| Thanks for replying. I just received an email saying that I do not need a first interview so they are scheduling me for a second one in person. I thought that was weird. I guess it's time to crack open my RICA book which focuses on reading. |
