| Nothing. Well, that's no so bad in itself. No news on a school is usually a sign it's ok. Still, if anyone knows anything, let Noelle and me know. Thanks. |

I know someone who works there and loves it. I know another who worked there and hated it. I dont think its THAT bad. Just be careful you dont get confused with all of the similar titles for the Korean schools in Qingdao. KISQ, right?
Just linked to the thread. Again, a heavy contract, but this one is ok. |

Thanks, James. Yes it's KISQ I'm talking about. It is confusing with all the different school operating with similar names!
I hear they're a young school, only 5 or 6 years old? What does your friend like/dislike about it? What is its reputation so far? |

I will try to avoid refering to their gender as it would clearly give it away. the one who still works there doesnt mind anything. they have worked at some very poor schools and this one is not very poor. Organized. Disciplined.
The education level is not high, for an international school, which is why the other disliked it. That person said that the management did not support them in a situation they should have been supported. Again no more can be said as it would give away identities.
I know or I know someone who knows (need to be vague) the school well, and did not get a bad feeling from it. I would work there given the chance. How long I would last is another story. Why? I dont know. I dont know if management plays games. I have heard multiple stories. Mixed.
I think this one is up to the individual and their pain threshold.
PS
Every school is a "young school", erm, that is to say, a young company.
Most dont get the chance to grow. Should I have said "dont get" or should I have said "shouldnt have". Interesting word choice I made. |
