Who has the most vacation here?
How many weeks and are there any more openings at your workplace? |

Yes, it is paid. It is just the addition of summer, spring and winter vacations with a couple of exam weeks, Golden Week and others thrown in.
NOVA probably does have the fewest as employees have to come in on national holidays which GEOS and other companies don't. |

I get about 10 weeks off on top of national holidays, plus contracts indicate I can ask for a certain number of days off. All paid, of course.
Ops, correction - about 14 weeks off, with incidental days off (certain events at the schools I don't attend). |

I envy Gordon .
I get off quite a bit of time from my university, about 5 months, but I use part of that time for lesson planning and making worksheets and I work another job during some of that time. So, probably I take about 5 weeks (with pay) and take off other time as well, maybe 2-3 weeks. But I certainly work more than 3 days a week ! |

I work 145 days a year. The rest are paid holidays, weekends, public holidays, random school holidays and the exam periods throughout the year. We don't have the 3 year and you're out contract system. There are no openings. Last day tomorrow before our 6 week paid vacation.
We also have Razor scooter parking.

I'm at Geos and I get every Sunday and Monday off, 5 days at Golden Week (tues - sat), 5 days at New Year (varies, but five days I'd usually be working), plus 10 days of my choosing (11 next year, 12 the year after, 14 after that, up to a maximum of about 20/24), and any National Holiday that happens to fall on one of my work days, usually another 3 or 4 days. |
