Hi there. I am currently on the JET programme but looking to move to an eikaiwa, one of the big four.

I have been working on a resume, and I was wondering if I could send it to someone on this forum to check it? Someone who has experience in applying for jobs in conversations schools.

Any help would be great.

Cheers.

See this link for an example of a Japanese resume -

Dare I ask, Flyingkiwi, why you would move from JET to eikaiwa? Or are you at the end of your max three years?

Following a standard English style resume, point form, should be adequate for Eikaiwa applications. Considering the HR personnel have seen enough resumes/CVs in English to know what to expect.

I am coming to the end of my 2nd year on JET and wouldn't mind teaching by myself, with smaller classes, hence an eikaiwa, unless you know of better options.
