Hi,
I am looking to be teaching in South Korea in a few months. I've read that for work visas to be issued a degree cerificate must be shown. It's been several years since my undergraduate study and i have no idea where my degree certificate is, however i do have copies of my Post Graduate Diploma Certificate as well as My MA Certificate. Would this be sufficient for the issue of a work visa?

You might want to post your question in the Korea forum. If it were me then I'd try to get another one made. I'd like to think that a transcript would also suffice (I'd take one with me even if it wasn't asked for).

You'll need your BA diploma as well as sealed transcripts.
