| Easy. Probably less than that. I would advise you to stay in a serviced apartment first before taking the plunge. Sai Kung is lovely but it's a long way from the nightlife. It's really a self contained community. If you have a school there already then you are in a very pleasant environment. |

| Village houses (typically 700 sq ft) start from around $6000. In the centre of Sai Kung, the size (and rents) of apartments will vary, but look to start paying about the same price. |
