The problem is the word 'assistance'. Does this mean that they help repair/maintain them after selling them (in which case it's 'maintenace and repairs', or 'assistance in maintenance', because it's not the boilers that are being assisted, it's the customer)? This is generally done in seperate phrases in English because it's two different things. One is products that they do, another is a post-service. You could say 'We design, develop, produce, and sell boilers, as well as (assist in [<--- not necessary information]) maintenance.' (they want to avoid saying the word 'repairs because it suggests that the product may actually break down, and they don't want potential customers thinking of that).
If that's not what is meant by 'assistance' then I need more context because I don't really know what it means. |

I would suggest 'support' is a better translation than 'assistance'. |
