I'm thinking of coming to Taiwan to take Chinese classes. Is a visa obtained on arrival in Taiwan? I will fly into HK on Nov 12th.

How much do classes cost and how is the quality etc?

Also, as I do not possess a degree, it has crossed my mind to at least look into the work scene. I understand many go this route to get work.

I appreciate your tips in this regard.
