I want to teach in a rich country where the salary is reasonable and live in a developing country where everything is cheap for example, live in Slovakia, teach in Austria.

Any ideas where this would be possible?

If you've got an EU passport, Netherlands/Belgium - the economic differences aren't extreme, but cost of living is generally lower in Belgium, and pay higher in Nederlands.

Belgium--that well-known developing country. Apparently tap water will be potable there in the near future.

You could also live in Belgium's developing neighbor France and work in Luxembourg or Switzerland.

Go to one of the developing countries in the east of Europe. They have loads of stinking rich people willing to pay good prices, but there are always low cost options catering for the less affluent majority. You can get the best of both worlds in the same city sometimes.

How findable is work in Switzerland, Holland and Luxembourg for someone with a degree, celta, eu passport and about 6 months part-time experience?

You might land something at one of Luxembourg's two language schools. There's a big need for English for financial staff, and most UK teachers don't want to go to Lux as it features London-style weather.
Expect to make decent money and pay relatively low prices for all cost of living items (unless things have changed radically over the past three or four years).

Switzerland or Netherlands will want far more experience and probably qualifications than you've got. Several years + MA + local language skill + connections might get you in.

Work in Belgium and live in Luxembourg.
In Luxembourg, they have got questions in police exams like this one:

"What is the name of the river between Luxembourg and Germany that begins with "MO-" and ends in "-SEL"?"

Correct answer would be: "Mosel".

It might indicate that Luxembourg is still somewhat of a developing nation and therefore might easily match your criteria for living there,

And they still have a Grand Duke...really lovely. If one day they have a revolution with their Grand Duke having to abdicate, you can go to neighbouring Germany as a refugee. And the wine on the German side of the Mosel is mostly better than in Luxembourg.

But please watch out for the Luxembourg crocodiles in the Mosel river...

Unless things have changed, pay is better in Lux than Belgium.
