Hey,
I'm a teacher in Seoul, and I'm going to be spending a long weekend in HK next month.
I'll be staying on the Kowloon side, and I just have a few questions.

I'd like to find a good place for a drink. Specifically, I'd like to find a good selection of English or European beers. Any good tips?

Also, where is the best place for knock-off clothing?

Thanks a lot in advance

For UK and European beer, both on draft and bottled I would just wander around Tsim Sha Tsui (TST) where there are dozens of bars and pubs. Make sure you have some dosh on you, though. For the knock-off clothing I would venture into Mong Kok night street markets. Make sure you take a machete to hack your way through the crowds, though.

For knock-off clothing and other products, try the night markets. Or get yourself a Chinese tourist visa and head across the border to Shenzhen.

I suspect someone living in Seoul wouldn't be too fazed by Mongkok's crowds! Just think Namdaemun or Dongdaemun at busy times and you'll have got the picture.
