Shakai hoken if you work over 29.5 hours.
Only need to work 29.5 hours if you you are contract says 29.5 hours.
To be told your schedule and summer holidays dates on the days you start.
To not have to pay 30.000 yen to work for you are company. |

Your: possessive used at the beginning of a noun phrase.
