Hey everyone,
Does anyone have experience in breaking a yearly rental agreement with your landlord? I am talking maybe 5 months early. If so, did you get most of, or all of your deposit back.
I know it's impossible to say how much a person will get back. Just wanted to know how most people came off. I am a little worried at losing all of my deposit as it is quite a lot of cash.
Thanks all. |

I've broken a number of contracts over the years, but never after only 5 months. I've always offered to use up my deposit and get a month of free rent rather than pay the last month and get a refund. It's always worked for me, as most landlords HATE giving money back for any reason. If that's an option for you, you can try doing that. |

If you help them find someone to take your place you will get most of your cash back.
Hope this helps. |
