How's your Japanese? Most foreign DJs here are bilingual.
other than that try Gaijinpot.com

Japanese fm radio sucks so bad that some cool folks started their own streaming audio to avoid the boy band crap and talk pumping out of Tokyo FM, Bay FM and the like. See http://www.samurai.fm/home/indexja.php

I'd say you would be better off checking for podcasts that originate in Japan. Many are bilingual, lots in English only.

See http://www.podcastalley.com/

My faves -
Podgy's Tokyo Talk http://www.podcastalley.com/podcast_details.php?pod_id=6538

Sugimoto's Modulation

Japanesepod101

Turn up the good! Turn down the suck!
