Only been on the beer once since I have been back and I bought them from the tekel bayı at great expense. Did see some odd Turkish Mexican beer brewed by Tuborg. I remember the good old days when you didn't have to think-all they sold was either Tuborg or Efes.

Must go to Carrefour and see if there are any bargains.

What is it with you and gassy beer? Don't you also like Tekel beer? That skol is just too gassy for me. You still cannot beat Efes in bottles-the stubby brown ones-or is that just nostalgia.

I have even been having fantasies about visiting Pendik again.

Skol reminds me of my early teens back in Scotland. Of course I'd rather drink a good ale. Never drink the tekel stuff

You won't recognise Pendik, very different from our days. And the last time I was there was 2 years ago.

Mamara 34 is my favourite, although it isn't sold everywhere. I don't like that Skol one bit, far too gassy. That blonde beer that Efes are doing is okay too, bit sickly after a while though.
