I had such a good experience with my realtor, Nam, I thought I'd try and help him out by sharing it.
He helped me get a short term rental property, just what I wanted and in the right price range. He picked me up from my hotel and took me on the back of his scooter to check out all the prospective properties.
I'm sure that's nothing unusual. However, after I'd stayed a month in room - sharing the building with the Vietnamese family lease holders and a few other foreign tenants - I left on a cycle tour - leaving my backpack and valuables in their care.
When I got back the house was empty, apart from one old French guy who let me in to assure me my bag was not there. It wasn't a deliberate attempt at theiving my bag (I really doubt a camera, a Korean cell phone and my suits were worth moving house for).
I called up Nam, who - got on the phone, tracked down the family, called me back, picked me up, took me to the backpack and took me back - all within 40 minutes of my calling him. Basically he dropped everything, and took care of me even though there was nothing in it for him.
So, if you want a nice guy realtor, who will do his best for you try:
King Home, Nguyn Khac Quoc Nam: 0908 705887. Ho Chi Minh City

Good for you!
It seems you've found someone who you can trust and who is genuinely kind.
This is a fine example of what would happen if you offer someone the trust, confidence, and good service.
I'm sure his business will propagate and prosper with his good name and reputation.
Thanks for sharing your experience with this realtor. |
