There are plenty of download managers.

Get Right can be downloaded for free from www.getright.com It is now persistent nagware, as the old sobware tactic didn't pay off.

If you use Firefox, which is by far the best browser, then there is the FlashGot extension which links with Get Right and makes downloading much easier.

I actually do have software called as ReGet and it works fine, except none of these can be used to download files from secure servers. I have been mainly using my connection to download graduate course lectures from a US university, and this of course requires a password.

Gonadicus wonders if he'd enjoy KSA. I doubt it. I never found it intolerable but never met anyone of any nationality who actually enjoyed it. Gonadicus seems to be going in with right approach and seems to understand that KSA is what you make of it- the country itself offers little or nothing.
What I enjoy most about this board is that I'm no longer in KSA.
Good luck

Right on sheikh...

You filled those buckets and moved on...that's what most do and the longer you stick it out....the bigger the buckets you end up with.

One bucket is for the fulus and the other for all the "undesirable things" you have to put up with.

It is what it is....
