without thrifty the forum would be dull and without baba the forum would be pointless and without dmb the forum would be unhelpful and without me i wouldn't be writing this message.

1. chose one bit of info that doesn't belong.
2. rewrite the sentence so that it includes your favorite character.
3. rewrite the sentence so that it includes your least favorite character

I come on here to get snippets of information, some entertainment and also to interact with other English speakers as there are so few where I live.

I have been a Dave's junkie for about a year now, and started looking at this forum once I decided to come to Turkey last summer.

To be honest it's a bit more classy than a lot of other chat forums. I check several times a day if I am bored in my office. If out and about I don't check for a day or two.

Sorry tvik not up to your challenge as I am too much of a newbie here to have favourite and least favourite posters.

Always thought it was A.N.Z.A.C. day myself.
My Great-grandfather was at Gallipoli, on H.M.S. Minerva, taking potshots at the Turkish lines with a bloody big cannon.
I often like to think that he nearly topped The Big Man himself.
