Hello: Does anyone have any info they can share about this school? Is it a good place to work or not? What is their reputation? I'd appreciate as balanced a report as can be provided. |

There are recent posts about IAT, and they are pretty grim. Did you check those out? |

Well, well and HS! I didn't see them at first, but have now been thoroughly updated. Seems like a good one to avoid, even in the broadest and most general terms. Thanks for the pointer. |

I was offered signed contract ages ago and was due to travel to Abu Dhabi but ffffffftt ... like some desert breeze, it all wafted away. IAT didn't even tell me our love affair was over. They simply dropped me. And now no one loves me.
Now where is the chalk? |

It's difficult to find a 'happy' employee within IAT - they're an organization that's utterly disorganized, certainly not employee-centred in its approach to seeking organizational improvement, they make promises that disappear like candy floss in your mouth, expect employees to take on summer school work and carry it through without a contract in sight and minutes before it begins drop the promised income by 25%.
NO - don't be encouraged by anything it publishes about itself. Once in, an employee is forced to either stay or leave the country for 6 months before being permitted to work again!! |

I read somewhere on this forum that IAT had lost a large number of its employees at some point. It seems they continue to make the same mistakes over and over and over again - and people leave over and over and over again. The only difference is the people who leave  |
