|
|
I just had an interview with NOVA and it seems pretty good. I was just wondering if any one had some info and/or the inside scoop on NOVA. One more question. I do not have my BA/BS, is anyone in the same boat as me? How hard was it for you to find a job in Tokyo? I am looking for jobs now but can only find jobs in rural areas. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks for the help,
Michael D. |

Type "NOVA" into the search function. You won't believe your eyes. |

Working for Nova is kind of like working for the Gestapo. It's a decent job, but you may sometimes wonder whether management is really up to something sinister. |

I feel inspired.
Working for NOVA is kind of like...
...working for the gestapo: You spend all day trying to get information from those who refuse to talk.
...joining the army: You have to follow ridiculous rules, a rigid dress code and it specializes in wasting young lives.
...working in a brothel: All your customers pay good money and get fucked. |

Haha, OK.
...working for McDonald's: Most customers don't expect a decent product, and they don't get one.
...working for the Russian KGB: If your performance is poor, you will be transferred to a special place where your very soul is dragged out of you.
...working as a trained monkey: you dance on command and get paid peanuts. |

Never heard of them. You may get lucky and find someone who has worked for them but don't count on it. (Insert twitching smilie) |

Stop being so lazy... there's only about 5 million posts about NOVA in this forum.
Use the search button!
(Where's Canuck? Somebody call him and tell him he's needed on this thread) |

mikey,
If you have already interviewed with NOVA and do not have a bachelor's degree, I can only assume that they accepted you for an interview because you are eligible for a working holiday visa (which does not require a degree). I think NOVA accepts WHV holders only for PT positions.
Clue us in, though. What are your nationality and age? |
