Hi
Can any one give me their opinions on Vaughan Systems especially Valencia?
I have been offered a job in a small private school in Aranda De Duero but I was advised to look at vaughan too.
I would be grateful for feedback
Thanks

Vaughan is a hard one to comment on as some people like it and others hate it. On the plus side they pay well and usually have lots of hours. On the minus side you almost always have to work "autonomo" (self employed) which means you have to pay your own social security at a flat rate (about 240 Euros a month). They also will expect you to fill in for someone else or a near immediate start class at the drop of a hat.
Working for Vaughan is as much a state of mind as it is a job. Vaughan may also insist that you take their own training course before you start so that you get used to teaching the Vaughan way.
I met Richard Vaughan a few years ago and I know that his attitude is professional and he loves teaching. He expects everyone that works for him to have similar qualities.
