Teachers are leaving in droves and students are complaining too. ET, it's time to admit you have made a big mistake with these new books. The new system just does not work. Call it a day and go back to better coursebooks. |

drove (n): a large, drunken dove trying to explain what it is. Often used by large numbers of people who mistake it for a form of transport while attempting to escape from a particular place, much like fat people seeking to board an Easyjet out of Luton. |

Leaving on droves?
I can only guess the teachers managed to attach wheels onto a very large broad-edged chisel used by stonemason's for rough hewing ... which, much like a home made go-cart, proceeded straight downhill for 3-4m before starting to career violently to the left and right spilling its passengers all over the road ...
So anyone looking to recruit these departing teachers need go no further than the pile of bruised TEFLers lying in a heap a full 10-15m from the doors of ET ... |

So teachers can easily break contracts but students have signed senets and can't leave unless they leave the country or join the army? Is this still the case? |

Sorry, I was assuming teachers were leaving before the end of contracts. Are you saying that teachers are finishing contracts and not re-newing? (it's what I did) |

So he should be teachers are not renewing in droves. Which brings a whole new slant on things.
I the drove refers to the ancient of moving cattle to market by walking them en masse. If the teachers are ridding around on these, I'm not surprised that they aren't renewing contracts. |

yes, theyre leaving for a well-deserved break. i dont believe teachers are breaking contracts and leaving - which is the impression the the OP gave. one has the right to time off after 10 mths without any time off. hell... give teachers a break! |

Naughty Baba. Are you referring to cowboy schools? |
