Hi,
I will be teaching in a uk summer school, but after that would like to teach abroad. However, I would like only a short contract, one or two months only. Is this possible? All the job ads I see are long term contracts. |

There are short-term contracts, but they are typically for summer camps, and it sounds like you've already got summer plans.
Westgate in Japan has three-month contracts, I think.

Most places it's hard to break even on short term work- and it isn't that plentiful.
Other than summer camps, why would you imagine that schools need someone for 1 to 3 months? Since most terms are longer than this, a school that accepts a 3 month contract is constantly replacing teachers, and faces the hassles of a lot more new arrivals each year than is necessary. Why would they bother?
All the best,
