| Does anyone know how to get a work visa to enter China from Hong Kong? I have a teaching position, and don't want to go from Europe to the U.S., then to China. It makes more sense to go from Europe to Hong Kong. However, just because it seems easier doesn't mean it will be easier. If anyone has done this or tried this please advise. Thanks. |

| Its very simple. Go to Hong Kong and then apply for the Z visa at the China visa office. Just be sure to tell your school that you will be applying for the Z visa in Hong Kong. Then when you receive the invitation letter go to Hong Kong and apply for the visa. |
