Hi, so I am coming to Chile in Janurary and wanted to get some teaching work ASAP (will be broke after 6 months in Asia). I know this is holiday time so is there really no chance of finding a job? Will Feb be any better? I have an Education degree, TESOL cert, and 2 years experience.

Also what kind of money will I need to last me until I set up in a flat / job etc. I heard Chile is very expensive.

Finally i was hoping to work in Santiago or Valo until the ski seson starts and getting a job on the mountain (anything is cool liftie/ washing dishes whatever just wanna board everyday!). Does anyone know about doing this? My spanish is pretty non existant right now but i am working on it.
