We offer :-
1. 11 months months contract, from 1 Sept 2007 to 31st July 2008. Monthly paid
HK$12000 for 5.5 days / week ; 46 hours per week
2. 32 days paid holidays during X'mas, Chinese New Year and Easter and summer .
3. HK$3,000 in total as trip allowances during paid holidays, HK$1,000 per trip x 3.
4. Free Accommodation to be shared with 1 teacher with club house facility such as swimming pool, gym, bowling, rock climbing etc.
5. Free return air-ticket to home land or next destination, maximum HK$5,000(When finish the contract)
6. Free Working Visa
7. Teaching material support, Clipart/Flash cards
8. Teaching assistant
9. Airport pick-up
10. Orientation + Training workshop
$12,000 for 5.5 days a week, 46 hours is this reasonable for hk? shared apartment? |

46 hours .. thats is crazy.. hope that includes teaching+ office hours.
Make sure you ask that .. it is different.
The place in china I got offered to work is total 16 hours max but in most places look around 20-30 hours.
46 seems way to much. |

I know, almost like a real job! at the moment I do 20 40 minute periods mon-fri or 13 hours with no office hours. |

Hey, even in the Western teaching world 46 would be outrageous.
And is that 12,000 HKD a MONTH? You can do much better in Shanghai, with lower prices. |
