| Tarumi-ku is a division of Kobe City, so not really a town, quite an urban area. Don't know about the school sorry. |

| If I'm not mistaken, I think Tarumi is in the Western part of Kobe near the Pearl Bridge (which is technically in Akashi). It's probably only about 10 minutes to Sannomiya and 45 minutes to Osaka. Himeji isn't too far in the other direction. It's nice... lots of good neighborhoods, trees, and wide boulevards. Suma beach is pretty close, too... although you'd have to drag me into that filthy water. |

| I don't know much about the school, but I know quite a bit about the area. I lived in Tarumi for about a year and a half, and I really enjoyed it! It's only 15 minutes (by rapid train) away from Sannomiya, and about 5 minutes away from Akashi. If you want to know anything more specific, feel free to PM me. |
