Hi,

Anyone know where to find big sneakers (or even casual shoes)... like 31cm?

Nike Store stops at 30cm and won't order.

Puma's Osaka store doesn't even have runners, nor will they order from the US.

As recently as January, the Nike store had sizes bigger than 30.

I usually just buy shoes online, have them posted to family, then have them posted to me.

thanks.

yeah, I found out, Nike does have 30+, but they're basketball shoes or something and cost 25,000!

Do they always fit you when you order them from overseas?

I order shoes from the same place I bought them from back home, so they fit. There are some places that ship overseas, but I doubt they would without a Japanese address for the credit card.

There's the New Balance store on Yotsubashi-suji (right by the big street halfway between Honmachi and Namba). I don't think they have bigger sizes or will order, but it's worth a try.

I thought about this same problem before I come and I'm size 11-12 U.K. e-bay I'm thinking is the best bet. But there may be some shops that have bigger size but I imagine these are hard to come across.

The Skechers store in the Shinsaibashi arcade (shotengai) between (very roughly) the Disney store and The Loft has SOME bigger shoes. I got some 32 cm casual slip-ons there. Crap quality, but beggars can't be choosers.

Also, there's a Timberland outlet at the Rinku Town shops in Rinku Town (about two express stops after the Izumiotsu station on the Nankai line. Maybe. I always drive there, sorry). I've gotten 32 cm shoes there, too.

Finally, I got a pair of New Balance cross-trainers at the Grandback Big and Fat guy store on the 9th floor of Bic Camera in Namba. I used to get larger sizes at the New Balance store in Shinsaibashi (YEARS ago) but haven't had any luck the last few times I've been there.
