Do any of you know of any websites, neaspapers, or magazines I could contact for paid writing work?

Pick up a copy of Centered on Taipei (I get it at the local Subway). This month's issue has a call for writers and photogs. Don't know if they pay.

And I invite you to stick around and share some of that knowledge you've been accumulating with others.

They don't have a web site of their own but are published by the Community Services Center in Taipei.

The mag's a glossy and this month has articles on baseball, travel, food, culture, advice and the Tzu Chi Foundation.

i'm glad you liked the blog, especially that piece, there's too much anti-taiwan sentiment out there.
