I notice that Chinese Universities, in general, have cycles of hiring. Right now it appears that numerous institutions are looking to fill slots for September. Is there any other period of mass hirings? I know there are always a handful of schools who search for "foreign experts" throughout the year, but I am wondering if there is any other period where a wide supply of University jobs open up, since I'm unable to completely fufull obligations at home in time to meet the September opportunities.
