But, the counting of months is done according to the Hijri calendar. That is, if it says "valid for 3 months from 03/03/2007", you do statrt counting from the Gregorian date, but you count in Hijri months, i.e., you look up the corresponding Hijri date, count 3 Hijri months from there, and then convert back to Gregorian date.
That's what she is saying.

This is obvious.

The problem is whether the Gregorian or Babylonian (if is still valid!), are officially used in a visa stamp or not?
Cleo, assumes, in her previous post, that all visas issued by the Saudis are in Hejira months. !!!

BTW,
Saudi Arabia uses the Umm al-Qura calendar for civil purposes only.
Also, Saudi Arabia uses the Solar Zodiac Calendar for all civil and non-religious purposes. For some important dates, the solar zodiacal calendar that on average runs parallel with the Gregorian calendar.

Now, I know that there are many people out there who think that joining the rotten WTO means that KSA, has, overnight, been catapulted into the wonderfully civilised "Western business community" but my point stands.

So, why do you think KSA has wasted more than 12 years negotiating with the 'rotten' WTO to get a 'warm' seat in this 'civilised western uncle Sam kingdom'????
