is it still the case that 3 years esl experience is treated by the powers that be as the equivalent of an esl qualification

Yeah it's true...
For an CTEFLA/CELTA = 11 months experience
Trinity = 12 months
'Cert on the beach' = 45 years experience
C'mon it's gotta be a 'Macka' wind-up........ |
