| I knew someone who taught 'business' English to Easter European 'working' ladies in Dubai. They had a minder to ensure that he did the job properly. |

Well, they are known locally as "business ladies", so why not Business English?
I was actually asked recently in Bucharest by a club owner to provide lessons to some of his late night ladies. With EU membership and a growing profile for Romania, the tourism sector is expanding here (tho still too slowly by my reckoning) and this particular operation is seemingly keen to gear up for an influx of foreigners.
However, what he was prepared to pay was a long way below what we charge....sadly, not untypical of Romania, to expect quality services at rock-bottom prices. Payment in kind was suggested, but we are strictly a cash-only operation...how do you explain something like that in tax returns?
However, rereading that quote above gives me an idea. Perhaps the Eastern European ladies in question should consider our services here, to vastly improve their employability when they go to the Gulf? The rates are lower here than in the Gulf, and we could even write a special ESP course for the vocational area in question.
We are nothing if not enterprising!! |

Nowhere near enough...
if it's about money, you are better off driving a truck. I've never heard of any positions there, but if this is a serious question, I'd contact the State Department in DC.

Then you are likely out of luck if this is a serious question.
I think the Green Zone is the 51st state under the plans of the current administration.
