Click on Cleopatra's name in the forum. Then under "total posts" (1,551 as of this typing), click on "Find all posts by Cleopatra."
Can anyone find 2 posts by her that do not shoot venom in all directions? Let's get a contest going!
I feel sad, thinking of her sitting alone in a room all day, posting angry and sarcastic replies to each and every member, each and every day. When I get to Riyadh, I plan to spend my time at the gym, reading novels, going out with friends and watching dvds. |

This is all rather reminiscent of those people who step off the plane and announce to anyone who will listen or has not run far enough away to be out of earshot, that they (the newcomer) intend to work here for ten years ... as that fits in nicely with the financial plan they drew up on the back of an envelope ...
If it's a vote you're after, mine's for patty ... |

Wow! Compound Cathy meets Hogwan Harry(ette) - looks like a marriage made in Tamimi heaven.
I must say it's a shame that you'll have such a hectic social life 'when you get to Riyadh'. I was sort of hoping you'd manage to squeeze in a few hours to develop and publicise creepy obsessions about internet posters you've never even met. |

This is the sort of emotionally charged promise often reported by soldiers just trained for war but untested in battle. Please share with us the progress of your promise (or rapid descent into dementia) once you settle into your job. If you blog it, I'll RSS-feed it. |

My vote is also with Cleo.
I find her postings articulate, interesting, clearly thought out, erudite and usually informative. I do not agree with all of her views, but that is irrelevant. There are indeed many posters here who

but Cleopatra is certainly not one of them.
There are also many posters here who despise everything about Saudi Arabia [although a number of them still choose to continue living and working there] and express their hatred at every opportunity, without ever making a constructive or helpful comment.
Again, Cleo is not one of those people.
I will not mention names, but I suspect that any vitriolic replies to this posting will by definition identify the perpetrators. |

With all due respect to Cleopatra, as I think she is one of the more interesting contributors to this forum; I have better things to do than read through her past posts. But by all means, go for it, you seem truly fascinated by her. |

Cleo may be venomous at times, however, her venom is backed up with knoeledge and clear insight. Furthermore, it may be a result of living through the bite of an asp. I think this thread is ironic, since there are posters who fight and will simply not listen to a word of reason, even when its a fact, yet they think it not disrespectful to waste our time on trivial matters such as the price of tofu in Riyadh. |
